To secure a unit, a reservation fee of PHP 10,000 is required. Once the reservation is made, the car will be held for:

• 5 days for cash transactions
• 7 days for financing transactions

This timeframe allows the buyer to arrange the necessary funds and complete any financing requirements. Additionally, it provides us with the opportunity to prepare the car for release.

The reservation fee is generally non-refundable to ensure a fair process for all applicants. However, there are important exceptions:

• Fully refundable if we are unable to secure financing approval for you.
• Forfeited if you choose to back out of the transaction without a valid reason.

The loan approval process typically takes between 1-3 business days. However, there may be instances where approval from our financing partners takes a bit longer.
